Shipping
Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Orders placed on a business day before 2pm ET are usually dispatched the same day; orders placed later, or at a weekend, go out on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Returns
If something is wrong with your order — it arrived damaged, it is not what you ordered, or it never turned up — email contactus@truvistahealth.com and we will put it right.
For unopened product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return. For opened product, write to us anyway and tell us what happened; we would rather hear from you than have you quietly stop buying.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & save repeats your order once a month at 10% off. You can change the date, pause it, or cancel it at any time from your account or by emailing us. There is no fee and no minimum number of orders.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to take your order and get it to you: your name, delivery address, email address, and, if you give it, your phone number. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. If you sign up for emails you can unsubscribe from any message we send.
